Nordic Food Tourism Publication
This publication about Nordic foodtourism is the result of a series of studies of different Nordic restaurants conducted på researchers at Zealand University College. The studies was published with help from The Nordic Council of Ministers.
The restaurants have a great variation in concepts and approaches. They span from meals served in private homes on the Faeroe Island over restaurants associated with micro breweries and sustainable farms to the 'zero-waste' concept restaurants situated in the middle of Helsinki.
The graphic style of the publication is built on the restaurants stylish PR photos. The base colour of the graphic elements is a cool lightbrown - wich appear almost golden. The golden colour perfectly complements the cool subtle nordic tones in the photos and it gracefully supports the warm wood colours which is also present in most of the photos.
