This fall we designed the logo and identity for an anti theft web service which we also named serienummerbasen (means serialnumberbase in danish)
The service is an online database which stores the serial numbers of the customers electronics equipment and of anything else that a burglar might find interesting. When a burglery happens the service makes it easier to report the theft top the police and insuarnce companies.
The letters for the logo is inspired by these metallic plates used to mark your electronic equipment used by the police to identify them in case of theft - they look a little like the numbers on a credit card! The check-mark shows that the service is used for checking if something is stolen before buying it second hand.
The main focus on the frontpage is the info graphic explaining how to use the service.
