Childrens clothing webshop

Last fall we designed the logo, mascots and webshop for one of the many small danish webshops specializing in everything for children - especially fashion.
The name was chosen by the owner, Mia Frank - supposedly a mixture of the name of her two children, and therefore the boy and girl mascot was ofcourse an obvious choice.
The green color keeps the shop gender-neutral. It's still pretty for the girls and not too pink for the boys. But most important: all the mothers out there will probably find it very cute, and they're the ones who buy their children's clothes.
The font used for the logo is a modified version of Hopeless Heart by Pizzadude.
The webshop design was born as a result of an iterative proces where the original design was changed along the way based on comments from Mia's network. - it's always good to have a dialogue with your client and their users to learn how they see the design.
