Jesper Nyholm of Wellware asked us to redesign their identity to match their values and vision. Wellware specialises in public health campaigns centered around web 2.0 networking sites on the internet.
WellWare is all about inspiring people to live a better and healthier life. WellWare wants to move peoples health in a positive direction by setting up online communities were people compete to get a healthier life. The purpose with the online competitions is to kickstart a cycle of stability and improvement towards a better life.
The stability is symbolised by the infinite loop the logo draws. The circle is the head of a person and makes the logo look like a body in motion. This human-touch is underlined by the chosen font: Foco. It is very rounded and friendly, yet legible.
The clean monoline look of the logoshape is a kind of a tight quality mark and the relatively clean cut typography leaves a promise about the ability to make stable IT-solutions.
We also suggested a set of colors (at the bottom) and an illustration style. The primary colors is black and white to underline the seriousness and stablity of the IT-solutions and the effects they have on peoples health. The Red is for passion and the will to change your lifestyle.

We would love to hear your opinion. Leave your comment below...
