Apartment Interior Photos 4 - Silke's room

The last room from the photo shoot is our daughter Silke's room. The cute vintage wallpaper samples combined with some classic danish wooden toys and an old chalk board makes the perfect retro-setting for the kids room!
We built and designed the big white floor-to-ceiling closets ourselves from 20mm mdf boards, and a railing system to make the doors sliding.
The animals on the lamp is of course our own Zooper Pets. On the wall over the bed Hanne made a special versions of the Zooper Pets cut out in wallpaper and exotic patterned gift-wrapping paper.
The classic monkey by danish designer Kay Bojesen somehow found it's way into our bathroom for the sake of the photo shoot! The cute tooth brush containers was found on a trip to Amsterdam last summer.
All photos (except the title-shot and the closeup of the flower-wallpaper and the toys - no.3+4 from the bottom) are by professional photographer Tia Borg Smidt. The photos where made as an editorial for Boligmagasinet (not published yet!) by stylist Sidsel Zachariassen.

Please stop posting photos of your home...it's so gorgeous I almost can't take it anymore ;-) No, just kidding, of course. You know I love it. Silke is such a sweetie and I lheart the wallpaper animals above the bed!

he he! I promise this is the last post, but I think we've got some old photos of our previous apartment.
Some of the features were teak furnitures and retro forest-in-fall wallpaper. Quite different from our new apartment.
